I am a New York and Connecticut licensed psychotherapist in private practice, seeing clients both in person and virtually via Zoom.

You may be tired of overthinking, second-guessing yourself, or feeling like you're never quite good enough despite your accomplishments. On the outside, you may function well, while internally dealing with anxiety, self-criticism, or repeating relational patterns like people-pleasing, withdrawal, or conflict cycles. I use EMDR and psychodynamic therapy to help process and understand these patterns as they show up in real time. Together, we explore what drives your reactions and what keeps you stuck, so meaningful change can take hold. I also draw from CBT and mindfulness to support insight, regulation, and lasting emotional change

I work with adult individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, perfectionism, career transitions, and fertility-related stress. I use EMDR and psychodynamic therapy to process stuck emotional and relational patterns. I also draw from CBT and mindfulness to support regulation, insight, and lasting change.

Reaching out can feel like a big step, especially if you’re unsure what to expect or whether things can change. I offer a thoughtful, collaborative space where we can begin to understand what’s been feeling stuck. If this resonates, I welcome you to reach out to see if working together feels like a good fit.

HOW I WORK

I work with adult individuals; some of the issues I work with are anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, perfectionism, career transitions, and fertility-related stress. I use EMDR and psychodynamic therapy to process stuck emotional and relational patterns. I also draw from CBT and mindfulness to support regulation, insight, and lasting change.

I focus on providing a safe space for us to explore the feelings and issues you are experiencing.  I believe it is important to deal with issues rather than push them away. I find when people push away their feelings, it affects them somehow, whether it be physical tension or poor health. At the same time, it is not useful to "over analyze" and I will let you know when this is happening.
